Lunch – leftover (Filipino food)
Dinner – BBQ squid, shu-mai, and pork sausage w/ brown rice
I haven’t done any exercise for days….gotta start riding bicycle soon.
Weight (as of 7/7/09 morning): 158 lbs. Not bad for not exercising at all.
