Breakfast – Turkey Sandwich, 7eleven Coffee

Lunch – nothing..

Dinner - Cookies, Chips..  Coke..

Workout - 40min walking/jogging in the morning! wow.. but nothing after that.

Weight – lets not go there….

Lunch - Nothing

Dinner - Water, chips  ( i wasn’t feeling good.  Left early )

Workout - went to sleep.

Weight – bah

Lunch - Coffee

Dinner - cookies

Workout - poker night!

Weight – 189lbs
