Breakfast – club&chedder cracker sandwich -200 cal  x 2 = 400 cal

Lunch – Turkey Sandwich – 450 cal

Dinner - Turkey Sandwich – 450 cal

Workout - run 1hour, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, stretch, swim 30min

Weight – 190lbs

Breakfast – coffee

Lunch – Cracker Sandwich – 200 cal  + orange  -  Cracjer Sandwich  = 500 cal

Dinner - TGIF  – happy hour … ALOT  1500 cal

Workout - None…

Weight – 190lbs
