7/13/09
Breakfast – Banana w/ water

Lunch – Tuna sandwich

Dinner – Salmon shioyaki & soba noodle.

Supplements – Fish oil

7/14/09
Breakfast – Banana w/ water

Lunch – Korean tofu soup

Dinner – BBQ chicken with macaroni salad and rice (Hawaiian style)

Supplements – Fish oil

7/15/09
Breakfast – Spam Musubi

Lunch – Half steam rice half veggie with mandarin chicken and BBQ pork @ Panda Express

Dinner – Grilled chicken breast sandwich @ Subway ($5 foot long ftw!)

Supplements – Fish oil

Weight: 158 lbs (not bad for no exercise…)
