Breakfast – Nothing ( i woke up at 1:00pm)

Lunch - Turkey Sandwich ,water bottle

Dinner - Turkey Sandwich,  water bottle

Workout - 100 pushups, walked 1hour, weight 25lbs each 3set of 10, stretch,  sit ups 200,

Weight – umm.. yeah..
