Lunch - Turkey Sandwich ,water bottle

Dinner - Korean Barbaque (all you can eat)

Workout - 100 pushups, walked 1hour, weight 25lbs each 3set of 10, stretch,  sit ups 200,

Weight – 189lbs

Dinner - Koi Sushi

Workout - 50pushups, walked 1hour, stretch,  sit ups 200,

Weight – 190lbs
